This FF LEAP foam is supported by a second, bottom layer of FF BLAST PLUS foam, which adds the structure and stability that's needed in a performance trainer. Together with a new Trampoline Pod to enhance springiness in the shoe, this midsole will bring a competitive super shoe edge to your regular workouts. The SUPERBLAST 3's upper is composed of recycled polyester and a dope dyed sockliner for light, breathable comfort. A new eyestay construction helps protect your lockdown, while a flared heel cup allows for easy slip-ons and slip-offs.
